Shipping policy

Our shipping operations run five days a week, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Non custom online orders placed from Monday to Friday are packed within 3 to 5 days. Please note that we do not pack orders on weekends and most holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipping delays may occur. We ask for your patience and to allow up to 14 business days for shipping.
